Karakter Kristiani dalam Kepemimpinan Perempuan: Studi Teologis tentang Pengaruhnya terhadap Generasi Milenial

The evolution of times and shifts in social values have opened greater opportunities for women's involvement in leadership, including in the church and Christian ministry. However, challenges to the authority, integrity, and character of women's leadership are still frequently encountered, particularly when influencing the millennial generation, which has different perspectives and values. This study aims to analyze how Christian character in women's leadership influences the theological and practical formation of spiritual and social values among the millennial generation. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that, from a Christian theological perspective, women's leadership emphasizes the importance of Christian character as a central pillar for fulfilling their spiritual roles and responsibilities. The millennial generation and its perception of women's leadership show openness and acceptance of female leaders with spiritual integrity. The impact of Christian character in women's leadership on millennial spirituality is reflected in the growth of faith and in young people's active involvement in church life.
Abstrak
Perkembangan zaman dan pergeseran nilai sosial telah membuka ruang yang lebih luas bagi keterlibatan perempuan dalam kepemimpinan, termasuk dalam konteks gerejawi dan pelayanan Kristen. Namun demikian, tantangan terhadap otoritas, integritas, dan karakter kepemimpinan perempuan masih sering ditemukan, khususnya dalam memengaruhi generasi milenial yang memiliki cara pandang dan nilai hidup yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana karakter Kristiani dalam kepemimpinan perempuan memberikan pengaruh teologis dan praktis terhadap pembentukan nilai spiritual dan sosial generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pandangan teologi Kristen, kepemimpinan perempuan sangat menekankan pentingnya karakter Kristiani sebagai dasar utama dalam menjalankan Generasi milenial dan persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan menunjukkan adanya keterbukaan dan penerimaan terhadap figur pemimpin perempuan yang memiliki integritas spiritual. Dampak karakter Kristiani pemimpin Perempuan, terhadap spiritualitas milenial tercermin dalam meningkatnya pertumbuhan iman dan keterlibatan aktif generasi muda dalam kehidupan gerejawi.
